I recently became a nurse and it has had a huge impact on my life. First of all, nursing school took over my life, but it was great because I learned so much. I have always loved medical things so becoming a nurse just increased that love ten fold. Nursing has also given me my first real job. In high school I worked as a tumbling coach and at my dad's cabinet shop, but I don't really consider those real jobs. I worked as a nursing lab tutor during nursing school, but again, I do not consider this a real job. So now I have a real job and it is great, plus the pay isn't too shabby :).
